If your score is under 40, you are doing well.  You may want to go over your scores to be sure you have been honet in you answers.

If your score is between 40 and 65, you may want to examine your work and life to evaluate your priorities and consider changes.  If your score is above 65, you are experiencing burnout.  You need to take action to diminish your level of stress.

A score above 90 indicates an acute state of burnout and you need to take steps immediately to find appropriate relief.
