and Mary Anne were married in 1971 and have three adult children and five
grandchildren. Two of their children are adopted. Earl has been a therapist
and coach since 1975. ADHD, adoption, and foster parenting are all a part of
his personal and professional areas of expertise.
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 1975, Earl received his M.A. in
Marriage & Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University in Southern
California. In 1975 Earl joined a Christian Counseling Agency in Southern
California, and later became the director for five years. Earl and Mary Anne
were foster parents for five years in Colorado Springs. He is currently in
private practice in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Life Coach.
Involved in Life Coaching for many years, Earl is certified in developing
healthy relationships in families and in the business arena. His specific
focus has been in family relationships, helping families live in harmony.
Earl has also conducted seminars, taught classes, and led workshops on many
areas of family life and mental health.
